Mini Top Hat II

11.10.2011 - The mini top hat I made for Christmas. Made from an old cd and a plastic cheesecake cup, all covered in white material, with a red sparkly overlay material. Then I made the candy cane out of pipe cleaners, and used a white pipe cleaner to edge the hat. To attach to my hair, I sewed in 2 hairclips to the felt on the bottom of the cd.
